The knowledge of our staff is much improved and we're ready to help you reach your running goals. Our staff is trained to examine your foot shape, type, and motion needs. We'll analyze your shoe wear inside and out to help you find the best shoe for your needs. As we all know what works for your training partner may not be the shoe for you! Whether you're out for a walk, training for your first 5K or your 50th ultra we can help. We're all runners. We have some new accessories, apparel and footwear.
